Underwater Treasures
Ahoy! Ye Olde Scuba Shoppe will be where you will enter and exit. Be shore to check-in at the front counter, and remember to make a splash with a new toy, or gift from our old fashioned gift shoppe before you voyage home. Books, sweets, dress up outfits, and pirate treasure are just some of the loot you could swim away with.
Briny Sandcastle Climber
Pass through the first sea arch to an expansive 1,500 square fin playground. Get your grip socks ready-- this magnificent underwater sand palace is just what your energetic fishies need. The merfolk promise this underwater spectacle will entertain your minnows for hours, with its many slides, tunnels, and peek-a-boo windows.
Sensory Oasis
Wade into the Sensory Oasis. In the middle of the excitement waits a glowing, under-the-sea retreat where guppies can explore in a slower, yet engaging environment. With low lighting, blacklights, and a "swim slowly" expectation, this space offers an immersive experience perfect for sensory exploration.
Kids can splash in the glowing water table, dig, scoop, and pour in the sand play area, wave to a mermaid, or balance on half-buried, bouncy “bubbles.” In this section of the Lagoon you will also find the Cuttlefish Cove, a small calming space for sea stars to take a break, unwind, or nurse in privacy.

Mermaid Grotto
The Mermaid Grotto can be discovered through a magical sea cave entrance. Sea explorers can brave the cave to find a hidden cove where mermaids live. The mermaids come play some Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays... Rumor has it, they just love a good birthday party. The magical mermaids love to sing shanties, blow bubbles, and show off sea treasures to the lucky little ones who are watching.
Sparkling Sand Beach
Float through the Mermaid Grotto Cave to find an otherworldly indoor sand area where kids can dig, and scoop in our UVC light sanitized indoor sand area. On special days, the tide washes in; the sand comes to life with interactive waters. Kids can stomp to create CGI ripples, chase virtual waves, or follow darting fish as they immersive themselves in their own undersea adventure.
Shipwreck Shore
Anchor’s away and hoist the sail! Your little pirate will love climbing, sliding, and sailing around the Lagoon’s very own pirate ships. Who knows? They might even come face-to-face with a giant squid guarding sunken treasure! Mer-mazing for minnows 0-6, but all can practice gentle play in this part of the ocean.
This area is packed with exciting discoveries, including the Sea Breeze Blowers and the Dolphin Silvia Carousel. Watch as the bubble pit balls soar through the salty air—your baby pirates will have a blast feeding them into the blowers. "Watch out—fire in the hole!" And don’t forget to spot the daring dolphin riders gliding through the waves; de-fin-itely a Lagoon favorite!

Baby Bay
Baby play time is here! Babies can play in the safety of a space especially designed for children 18 months and under. Surrounded by a safety tank, your baby sea monkeys will be safe from the larger ocean pals running around. This area is exclusive to little ones who are yet to get their sea legs.
Jaws and Java
Hook, line, and sinker, you've found the Jaws and Java Cafe! Reel in the catch of the day on your mobile device. Your coffee will be up in the crows nest, and your food will be waiting inside the hammerhead shark window.

Private Party Grotto
The Splash Bash party room is available for private party bookings all year round! Seawater is the perfect solution for Oregon’s cold, dreary winters, rainy autumns and springs, and hot, smoky summers.

Building starts in 2026: During the summer months the Seaside Scoops window will be o-fish-ally coming to life with plenty of outdoor seating, and frozen treats to enjoy! We will be introducing our whimsical walk-up ice cream window outside Lagoon Play Café (on the left side of the building). Enjoy fish-shaped cones, magical flavors, and cozy seating in real boats under the glow of string lights.
On select summer nights, mermaids will teach bubble tricks, and families can gather for boat-in movie nights beneath the stars! No entry ticket needed — just bring your sense of wonder.
