Does my membership auto-renew?

​Yes! Lagoon annual memberships renew automatically once per year so your family never misses a day of play.
If you choose to pay over time through Affirm, your payment plan is handled directly through Affirm. Your Lagoon membership is still an annual membership, not a month-to-month membership.

How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership renewal by emailing us at [email protected] at least 30 days before your annual renewal date.
Canceling stops your membership from renewing for another year. It does not cancel or change any remaining Affirm payments you may still owe to Affirm for your current annual membership purchase.

Can I pause my membership?

We do not offer membership pauses. Annual memberships remain active for the full membership year.
You are always welcome to rejoin later if you cancel, but the current membership rate at that time will apply.

Does my membership include adults?

Yes! Adults are always free with a child’s admission. There is no extra cost for accompanying adults.
Are there blackout dates?
Nope! Your membership works any day we are open, including weekends and school holidays.
Although it does not happen often, if Lagoon closes unexpectedly due to weather, maintenance, private events, emergencies, or other circumstances, membership pricing will remain the same and refunds or credits will not be issued for closure days.

What happens if prices go up?
Your annual membership price is locked in for your current membership year.
If you cancel and choose to rejoin later, the current membership rate at the time you rejoin will apply.

Can I use my membership for birthday parties?
Daily admission is included with your membership, but birthday parties are a separate booking and cost.
Members may occasionally receive special party offers, so be sure to watch your email!

Do you offer refunds?
Annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased or billed.
If you choose to finance your membership through Affirm, any refund, payment, interest, or financing terms are subject to Affirm’s policies and your agreement with Affirm.

What if I have a multi-child membership and want to remove a child?
​Annual multi-child memberships are purchased for the full membership year. Children cannot be removed mid-year for a refund or credit.
If you wish to downgrade your membership for the next membership year, the remaining children’s memberships will be charged at the current membership rate available at the time of renewal.
