​Does my membership auto-renew?
Yes! Your membership renews automatically each month so you never miss a day of play.

​How do I cancel my membership?
Just send us an email at [email protected] at least 3 days before your renewal date so we can process it in time.

Can I pause my membership?
We don’t offer pauses, but you can rejoin anytime. Members who stay active keep their locked-in rate!

Do I get any extra perks?
Yes! Members enjoy:
  • 🔒 6-month price-lock (your rate won’t go up during this period)
  • ☕ Free coffee every First Tuesday of the month
  • ✨ Surprise treats throughout the year

Does my membership include adults?
Yes! Adults are always free with a child’s admission—no extra cost.

​Are there blackout dates?
Nope! Your membership works any day we’re open, including weekends and school holidays. Although it does not happen often, if we close unexpectedly the price will stay the same.

What happens if prices go up?
Your price stays the same for 6 months from your join date—no matter what! If you cancel, the most current rate will be applied if you wish to re-join.

Can I use my membership for birthday parties?
Daily admission is included, but birthday parties are a separate booking and cost. Members sometimes receive special party offers—watch your email!

Do you offer refunds?
Memberships are non-refundable once billed for the month. You must request a cancelation at least 3 days before your renewal date so we can process it in time

What if I have a multi-child membership and want to remove a child?
If you downgrade from a multi-child membership, the remaining children’s memberships will be charged at the current membership rate, not your original locked-in rate. This ensures all members are billed fairly based on the plan they choose.
